PID-inställningar för Gaggia Classic

Ny Gaggia Classic, 9 bar fjäder, Coffee Sensors påbyggnadslåda och deras PID-kit. Såå snyggt! (Länkar i botten av inlägget.)

Men det var lite kryptiska settings som skickades med till XMT7100. Jag har landat i det du ser nedan – finns det någon som har några invändningar eller tankar?

0001 (temperature controls)​

• Su: 093.0 (Set value, bryggtemperatur)
• AH1: 136.9 (Ångtemperatur slå på)
• AL1: 137.0 (Ångtemperatur slå av)

0089 (input/output configurations, incl C/F, temperature offset)​

• Inty: P10.0 (Input type, inställning för vilken temp-sensor man använder i sitt bygge)
• outy: 2 (Control Output type)
• HY: 000.3 (Autotuning pV bias)
• Psb: -0.80 (pV bias, "will setup the pid to show the actual brew temperature and not the boiler wall temp in boiler bottom".) (Sensorn är installerad i botten av boilern. Den här settingen sänker visad temp på displayen med 8 grader, eftersom det är lägre temp på vattnet än boilern. Tror jag. Eller om det är tvärt om?? När maskinen är kall och sätts på visas tempen i alla fall som åtta grader under rumstemperatur.)
• rd: 0 (control action type: 0 = heat)
• Corf: 0 (ställer in att visa temp i C)

0036 (PID parameters)​

• P: 04.5 ("Proportional band, the temperature oscillation is inverse proportion of P value and propotion of the response speed")
• I: 0064 ("Integral time, sets the time of integral action which eliminate the offset occurring in proportional control")
• d: 016 ("Derivate time, sets the time of derivate action which prevents ripples by predicting output change and thus improves stability")
• Souf: 1.0 ("overshoot value, over shooting and under shooting are restricted by the Souf and increase of the parameter can suppress the over shooting")
• ot: 002 (2= output type is voltage plus output)
• File: 0 (0 = the digital filter is turned off)
