For sale La Spaziale S1 Vivaldi, the famous double boiler machine. Bought in the beginning of June 2007. It’s a plumb-in-machine. It’s so convenient, that I wouldn’t go back to a tank machine anymore.
You can set the temperature from 82’C to 123’C with one Celsius steps.
Steam power won’t let you down, I’ve served almost 100 quests a cappuccino at my friend’s wedding.
You can get hot water from the steam boiler.
Possibility to let the machine stop brewing after preset volume or you can stop it before that.
Possibility to turn off the steam boiler.
Always been used with a watersoftener + filter. Cleaned regularly with Cafiza, the portafilters etc. too.
Steam boiler insulated with rock wool, power consumption dropped 20-25%.
Steam arm replaced with a longer ball jointed one that’s used also in Spaziale’s pro-machines. (you also get the original steam arm)
Two dispersion blocks, a thinner one and the original bigger one.
Two sets of dispersion screens, one screw for securing them and the tool to remove it.
Two portafilters, a normal double spouted one and a bottomless one.
Two double baskets, one single.
One extra gruppo gasket, though it’s about time to change it.
Extra steam wand head with smaller holes.
Backflushing rubber disk.
Metal hose for connecting the machine to waterline.
Original never used gruppo brush, “hairs” made from brass.
Also included is water softener, reloadable by salt.

Machine is in Finland, but I’m coming to Stockholm Thursday 23rd of October so you can get the machine in the morning from the Silja Line terminal. Also shipping is possible, at buyers expense. Original box is still ok.
