Hej, I hope it's okay if I write this in english, since my Swedish isn't so bra.
What would you recommend for a beginner with a shiny new AeroPress and Hario MiniMill who doesn't want to start with some fancy locally roasted stuff for budget reasons?
Like the usual brands you can for example get at Willys: Löfbergs Lila, Gevalia, Arvid Nordquist, Zoega etc.
From what I've gathered so far within this forum it seems the most "Acceptable" beans would come from Arvid Nordquist as well as Zoega, coincidentally also the two who bother printing a roasting date (Though that doesn't seem to do much good, the Arvid Nordquist I checked were 5 weeks old, apparently to much?).
When starting out, which of those would be best to try out?
